I am here to help you unfold the magical nature of your soul, so you can create your life from a place of wholeness, self-sovereignty, joy and ease.
Decades of Healing Practice
I help people transition from where they are to their next steps of unfolding. For over 35 years, I have worked as a facilitator of psychospiritual healing using traditional and alternative approaches in the healing arts. As a mystic, artist, and facilitator of healing, it is part of my soul purpose to be of service in bringing the light of self-awareness and wholeness to others.
Approach
The approach I take is eclectic, drawing on individual needs, and integrating various frameworks and techniques such as Jungian, psychodynamic and positive psychology, astrological and archetypal perspectives. Additional techniques that I use to facilitate change include: family constellations, meditation and mindfulness, guided imagery and clinical hypnotherapy.
My Credentials and Influences
My professional training initially focused on working with trauma, sexual abuse, crisis intervention, depression, anxiety, and major life changes. I also bring other tools to my facilitation work, such as EMDR & Brainspotting, and Reiki. I use energy psychology modalities such as: Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Tapping, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), energy medicine, and sound healing. Astrological applications and ongoing exploration continue to be a key tool in my healing work.
Walking the Path – What Led Me Here
I was raised in a northern land where the terrain was flat and the sky extended far toward a starry brilliance. My father had built his own telescope and would teach me the constellations of the night sky. The northern lights were a frequent delight. I learned awe and respect for nature. Here began my love of the stars.
From an early age I had experiences beyond the normal range of the five senses. They were different and yet impossible to deny. These experiences evoked a seeking for greater understanding of myself and the world around me.
Empathic abilities in a large family required me to decipher what was self and other. Intuition and sensitivity to emotions opened up ways of knowing.
These experiences and a deep connection with nature have led me on a path of exploration and understanding of who we are as human beings and the nature of this human experience. Nature became an important part of coming back to center and self – a process which still nourishes me.
The process of individuation is about understanding and being consciously aware. This exploration of self, unraveling the conditioning of our history – personal, cultural and collective – is part of the path.
We are multi-dimensional beings. Remembering our true nature is part of the movement towards wholeness. It is a path I continue to dedicate my life towards. Join me.
